Scotty Joseph memorial one to remember!

The first burnout comp of the year, the Scotty Joseph Memorial, is always a top event but this year was one to remember! A massive crowd came to watch the big field of cars send smoke to the heavens. While there was plenty of carnage at this event, the ones that made it through put on a great spectacle.

Just back from Summernats, Laurie Sultana and Benny Circle put on a fierce battle for top spot in the open class and the Scotty trophy (best skid of the night). It was close with only two points separating them, and Benny taking the win. Laurie took home the prized Scotty Joseph trophy.

Winners of the others classes were as follows;

6cyl: Russ Pumpa – Black VS Ute
8cyl: Gary – XXXX F100 Truck
Open: Benny Circle – KERMITD
Ladies: Tiny – Purple Hilux
